Hays have partnered with a reputable residential builder/developer specialising in volume home estates to appoint a new Finishing Supervisor.
Your new role
As the Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overlooking townhouse developments in the North Gold Coast/ Brisbane areas to make sure all areas of construction are compliant. You will ensure all trades are accounted for and developments are completed in the designated timeframe.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ Volume Homes or Townhouse Experience
- Carpentry Background
- Onsite Companion Experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
What you'll get in return
