About the role Help protect the Inner West Community and keep our residents fire safe! Utilise your Fire Safety compliance skills and experience to undertake proactive audits and inspections in accordance with Council’s Fire Safety Compliance Program. This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse and talented compliance team.

Minimum registration level of building surveyor – restricted (class 1 and 10 buildings) or certifier - Fire Safety under the Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018 or working towards obtaining either registration.3. Successfully completed the UTS Certification Short Course or prepared to undertake the course at own expense (mandatory requirement for registration by Dept of Fair Trading).4.
