THE ROLE
An opportunity exists to join Beaver Williams in the role of Fire Service Technician. The role requires fault finding, testing, inspection and repair/replacement of fire protection equipment and fire safety systems as part of regular fire protection services for our clients.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Minimum 5 years experience as Fire Service Technician (Dry Fire)
Demonstrated ability to service and repair various types and brands of fire panels, fire protection equipment and fire safety systems.
Ability to fault find and program fire detection systems.
Valid NSW driver’s licence.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Communication both written and verbal, time management, problem-solving, interpreting technical data, and teamwork.
simPRO experience
FPA accreditation for inspecting and testing all fire measures desirable
White Card
Current Police and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Proof of eligibility to work in Australia in a permanent, full-time role
