Lions Carpet & Property services trading as Lions Restorations is a 100% Australian-owned company servicing Melbourne, Sydney, Tasmania and Perth. We are specialised in loss mitigation due to water, storm, fire damage and mould, delivering fast and efficient restoration and cleaning solution.
We handle water damage, mould damage and fire damage restoration work for major insurance companies and building companies in various projects all over. As a result of our rapid growth in the Sydney region, we are now looking for an energetic restoration technician to join our team.
About the role
The successful applicants will be required to work on various small to large projects, at times working as an individual and within a team.
Focusing on delivering high-quality customer service the successful applicant's daily routine will vary from:
- Cleaning, decontamination, and restoration of fire-damaged properties and contents.
- Cleaning, extraction, drying and carpet restoration of water damaged properties and contents
- Structural drying and environmental data collection
- Cleaning, decontamination, and restoration of Sewage damaged properties and contents
- Odour & Mould Remediation
- The role requires the ability to work overtime and be on a rotational weekend roster.
Applicant Must have
- Current Australian driver's license
- IICRC qualified candidates would be highly regarded however training and certification courses can be provided
- Current Construction Industry White Card or willing to obtain one
- Available to work on an 'on call' basis when required
- Competent in the use of smart phones, Ipads and laptops
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- A police check or willingness to apply for a new
