Mane Property is a boutique agency located in Clayfield that now has an exciting opportunity for a front desk Receptionist to join our close-knit team!
The successful candidate will have a friendly yet professional demeanour, excellent organisational skills and importantly, a true passion to build their career in real estate and Property Management.
Duties include:
- Opening, closing and maintaining the office
- Setting up signage
- Managing keys in and out to relevant trades and staff and updating the key register as required
- Greeting clients, customers and visitors
- Answering inbound calls and email enquiries in a timely manner and directing them to the correct personnel
- Overseeing the company calendar and organising meetings and events
- Stationery and grocery orders
- Data entry and bulk communication
- Preparation of reports, agendas and meeting minutes
- Light social media duties
- - Experience in a Receptionist, Admin or similar role
- - Possess at minimum a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) (or have the willingness to obtain)
- - Tech-Savvy and proficient in MS Office and other programs
- - Superior organisational skills
- - High level of attention to detail
- - Excellent communicator in person, verbally and written
- - Client and customer service focused
- - Team Player
