The opportunity is here to join this successful team as a Fire Equipment Service Technician.
Position Summary:
Our Field Service Technicians perform the routine Service, Inspections and Repairs of Fire Protection Equipment on client’s premises primarily within the Greater Brisbane area.
Occasional travel to areas outside of Brisbane will be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must have a Minimum Cert II in Fire Asset Maintenance, Due to the licensing restrictions in QLD must hold QBCC Licensing for the following;
- Portable Fire Equipment
- Emergency Lighting.
- Passive Fire (Advantageous).
Experience in the maintenance of Fire Protection Equipment is essential.
Due to client restrictions and/or requirements, candidates must be Australian Citizens and be able to comply with all National Police check clearance requirements.
If no Police Clearance is held, then one must be obtained prior to commencement of employment.

Remuneration:
An ‘over-award’ hourly rate is offered with a further review available on satisfactory completion of the 3-month probationary period. Additional Team performance bonuses are also available after completion of a qualifying period.
A fully equipped and maintained service van is provided as well as uniforms, mobile phone and other Company benefits.
