The Role:
We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our Fire Suppression team based in Melbourne with some regional travel required.
This is a hands-on role that will suit someone that has prior experience within a field service role. We are looking for someone who is mechanically minded and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Installation and Maintenance of Fire suppression systems
- Servicing and Repairing of Fire suppression Systems
- Maintaining awareness to adhere with individual site WH&S policies
- Ability to liaise with internal staff effectively regarding any work changes and schedule updates
- General housekeeping and document control
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Fire Suppression Industry knowledge or basic understanding
- Experience within a role that entailed “out on the field” services
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude
- Be able to undergo a pre-employment medical
- Valid Australian drivers’ license
- Trade Qualified – desirable, not essential
