Requirements

  • Qualified Civil Engineering Technician with at least 2 years experience
  • A fully valid Driving license & Qualification
  • Willingness to work hands on in various sites across Melbourne
  • Preference for experience for all or part of the following: electrical, welding, fire, diesel engines, generators, electronic, pumps
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • The ability to start early onsite at 7am
  • Strong communication skills & able to liaise at all levels
  • Ability to obtain a Police Check & Working with Children's Check
  • High level of ethical standards
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and specification 
  • Diagnose/report faults and troubleshooting
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance
  • Inspections & quotes
  • Day to day repairs
  • Other tasks as required
  • Ability to design and draw with AutoCAD
  • Diagnose/report faults and troubleshooting
  • Conduct Preventative Maintenance
  • Support technical team
  • Reactive service calls
  • Evaluation of customer equipment
  • Quality Assurance and adherence
  • Work to deadlines and schedules
  • Ensure operations are performed accurately
  • Maintain a high commitment to safety
  • Ensure work is cost-effective
  • Pick up materials when required
  • Other tasks as required
