First Nations Warehouse & Logistics Traineeship

Programmed, in partnership with Woodside Energy Ltd, is recruiting applicants to undertake a Warehouse and Logistics Traineeship in Karratha.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Warehousing and Logistics Traineeship is an entry point and pathway program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians.

This traineeship is a two-year program, working at the King Bay Supply Base which supports Woodside's Burrup Production Facilities and offshore assets.

This traineeship will provide you with on-the-job training to learn all aspects of warehousing and supply operations, and off-the-job training to complete the nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A genuine interest and motivation in pursuing a career within the warehousing and logistics industry.
• Ability to work effectively/contribute as part of a diverse team with an inclusive culture.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, curious, and willing to learn to accelerate your development
• A desire to further your career.
• Computer skills with the ability/interest in using new technology to achieve better outcomes.
• A driver's Licence and the ability to obtain a Forklift licence.
• A good level of physical fitness and commitment to maintaining your health and wellbeing.
• Ability to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
