We are primarily based in the east and south-east suburbs of Melbourne, as well as the Mornington Peninsula.

What we’re looking for:

- No prior experience necessary – just a willingness to learn and a passion for plants!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing the requirements of your training package, including the theoretical TAFE component.
- Assisting with garden maintenance using a range of powered and hand tools, to achieve a high quality finish.
- Learning how to hedge, mow, line-trim, prune, shape, and finish a landscape.
- Learning about the fertilisation, pest and disease control for various plant species, including turf.
- Participating in broader horticultural tasks such as weeding, mulching, and soil amelioration.
- Participating in garden renovations and installations, including site preparation, planting, laying turf, and installing irrigation.
- Engaging with clients and providing excellent service.
- Embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth with enthusiasm and dedication.
This role also includes exciting opportunities to work in urban agricultural settings, as part of our ongoing support of several not-for-profit organisations.
