More information on these projects can be found at Residential Projects - DevelopmentWA - Shaping our State's futureResponsibilities and Accountabilities:As the Assistant Development Manager, you will assist in providing project administration assistance to Senior Development Managers and Development managers through:
- In conjunction with key internal and external stakeholders, define and document project deliverables.
- Assisting with the procurement of goods and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update project financial modelling, and assist the Senior/Development Manager in obtaining updated forecasts.
- Report regularly to the Senior/Development Manager on program, budgets, risks, issues and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and obtain internal and external approvals.
- Support the delivery of works on site, including management of contractors and consultant teams.
- Effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure project expectations are understood, agreed and met.
- Some experience or knowledge of project management, land development, property or a related industry
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analysis skills.
- Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office products.
- Developed negotiation skills (desirable)
- Financial management skills (desirable)
