Fit-Out/ Carpenter Supervisor

Position Overview: We're looking for a Carpenter/Fit Out Supervisor with proven experience to oversee and manage the final & finishing stages of a project in Karratha. The successful candidate will lead a team of carpenters, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Lead and motivate a team of carpenters to achieve project goals within established timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or quality concerns.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule work activities, including material procurement and subcontractor coordination.
• Provide hands-on carpentry support as needed, including installation, finishing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, including daily reports, timesheets, and material usage.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry, with a strong track record of success in construction projects.
• Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
