Fitness Centre Manager

Jetts Fitness Hillarys is looking for a Club Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us grow our membership base and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Lead Sales Team toward hitting Budgets.
• -Train, recruit and upskill sales staff.
• -Build and maintain relationships with potential and current members through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• -Conduct tours of the gym and provide information on membership options and benefits.
• -Meet and exceed membership sales targets on a monthly basis.
• -Follow up on leads and enquiries to convert them into membership sales.
• -Work with the wider team to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• -Maintain accurate records of membership sales, enquiries and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• -Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the fitness industry.
• -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
• -Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• -Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• -Knowledge of fitness and gym equipment is desirable but not essential.
• -Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
