AddressWe are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated fitness professionals for multiple Fitness Club Manager roles to manage and grow our established clubs at multiple sites.
As a Club Manager you will have experience and a passion for sales. This will enable you the success to be able to take the club to the next level through continual membership growth. A Strong sales background is a must for this role.
About the role:
The Fitness Club Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Club. The successful applicant will value:
- Our Team - While only a small team, our TEAM is everything to our business. Therefore, the professional management and ongoing development of our personal training team and club assistant managers will be a key part of this role.
- Results, Community and Experience - We know that sales aren’t the only thing that makes a club successful, driving our passion for results, community and experience for every member is key for the success of this role. You will assist with the members onboarding experience & ongoing sessions.
- Sales and Lead Gen - A high level of experience and passion for Sales and Lead Gen will be a key requirement for this role. You will strive to create growth by meeting KPI's and sales targets whilst driving sales through local community and corporate outreach
This role is a Full-Time position and may fluctuate each week based around the core club hours, Monday to Saturday.
In addition to an attractive base salary, this role will be heavily incentivised based on the actual performance of the club’s bottom line and provide a motivated, goal orientated Fitness Club manager with an attractive overall package.
Candidates must hold the following qualifications:
- Minimum Certificate 3 in Fitness (cert 4 preferred)
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR (or higher)
- Police/working with children check/blue card (or willing to obtain)
- Fitness registration will be highly regarded.
