Anytime Fitness has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Club Manager. Our newest Club Manager will be responsible for the performance and success of a Club in the Logan region.

About The Role
The successful candidate will possess strong people skills and a highly developed communication and interpersonal skill set along with the willingness to support our member focused values.
This individual must be comfortable working both alone, leading their club's team and then part of our larger group. The Club Manager will be trained and report direct to the Regional Manager.
We don't always look for someone from within the industry, ideally you will have been in a previous position that required strong customer service and management qualities and skills.
Duties will include:
- Meet and greet potential and existing members.
- Manage a casual employee and contract Personal Trainers.
- Sales and customer service phone calls
- Meet KPI's and sales targets.
- Seek out and generate new sales leads.
- Create a great club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation.
- Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club.
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community.
To succeed for the role you will be results driven, well presented, energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated with a customer service based focus. You will also need to be available and comfortable working through until 7pm.

Previous customer service experience in retail or similar sectors are desirable. Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms is mandatory. An interest in a healthy lifestyle is important, we don't need you to be an athlete, just be able to promote your values to our members.
