Key Responsibilities, Fitter/ Boilermaker ($45 ph):
- Dive into exciting production projects, ensuring precision and quality every step of the way.
- Be the backbone of maintenance and repair operations, keeping our machinery and equipment running smoothly.
- Showcase your craftsmanship as you fabricate, assemble, and install structural components with finesse.

Key Responsibilities, Maintenance Fitter ($50 ph):
- Leadership: Lead and supervise workshop personnel, ensuring clarity of roles and effective performance.
- Workshop Management: Manage daily operations, including work order scheduling and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure product quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Provide mentorship and technical support to junior staff to enhance their skills.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and promote awareness to prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance activities for machinery and equipment.
- Communication: Liaise with departments, suppliers, and management to coordinate workflow.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures.
Requirements (both roles):
- Proven track record as a Fitter/Boilermaker
- Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills/ experience with complex machinery maintenance
- Tech-savvy with solid computer skills, bonus points if you're familiar with maintenance software.
- Safety-first mindset with a knack for staying alert and proactive.
- Hold a valid Forklift Licence, ready to tackle any challenge with confidence.
- Team player mentality with exceptional communication skills.
- Ready to take the lead and solve problems with precision and creativity.
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
- Physically fit (moving 20kg plus consistently)
- Some on call/ weekend work is very infrequently required
