About you
- Mechanical Fitting qualification with minimum 10 years' experience
- Hold a disconnect and reconnect licence
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions
- High-level knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Sound computer & mobile tech application skills
- High levels of self-discipline, self-motivation and initiative
- Intrinsically aligned to zero harm principles
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance of plant
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs including bearing repair/replacement, pump seal replacement, three phase motors, pulley and belts and motor rebuilds.
- Work out of hours as required
- Recommend and implement operational improvements
