The Opportunity:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking interest from Fixed Plant Operators for current and future opportunities.
These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Crusher Control system and record operating parameters and other relevant information as directed
- Conduct and record routine plant inspections.
- Safely execute minor maintenance works around the crushing plant within areas of competency
- Inspect, maintain, clean and operate other auxiliary equipment such as but not limited to Bobcats, Loaders, Forklifts, Telehandlers etc.
- Housekeeping all areas of the Fixed Plant and port as required and/or directed
- Assisting maintenance workers with maintenance and servicing of plant and equipment during plant shutdowns and breakdowns.
- Report any safety incident/ hazard to your Supervisor within 30 minutes
- Conduct a job hazard analysis prior to commencing any new task
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Actively participate in handover, pre-start, safety and toolbox meetings
- Good verbal and written communication skills
What is required:
- Minimum 24 months demonstrated previous experience involving the operation of a large Crushing Plant, or within a similar production environment.
- C Class Driver’s License
- Skid Steer Loader National Competency
- Telescopic Materials Handler National Competency
- High Risk License - EWP, DG & RB
- Working at heights / Confined Spaces / Gas Test Atmospheres
- National Police Check
- Stockyard and Balance machine experience (advantageous)
- Fixed plant control room experience (advantageous)
