We specialise in efficiently handling iron ore, in addition to other high-value bulk commodities, including high-purity silica and spodumene (lithium) concentrate.
Job Description
We are looking for Fixed Plant Operators to join our Geraldton team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role involves efficiently unloading trucks and conducts meticulous inspections to ensure the overall safety and functionality of plant equipment.
To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Efficiently unload trucks and trains, ensuring safe and timely transfer of materials.
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on plant equipment for optimal functionality.
• Conduct general inspections to promptly address potential issues.
• Collaborate with management, contractors, operator maintainers, and loader operators.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety regulations strictly.
• Operate mobile equipment responsibly and report hazards promptly.
• Contribute to safety protocol development and implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including unloading, maintenance, and safety checks.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.

This is a permanent opportunity, based in Geraldton, working 12 hour shifts on a 4/4/4 roster.
Qualifications
Must Have:

• Valid and current C class driver’s license.
• First aid certificate.
• CPR certificate.

Must also be willing to obtain the following license, if required:

• Relevant VOCs for other machinery operation.
• Confined space certification.
• Forklift license.
• Working at heights trained.
