Our client, a distinguished luxury Fine Jewellery Brand known for its luxurious elegance and timeless charm, is in search of a Flagship Boutique Supervisor to lead a top-tier team in their Flagship Boutique in Sydney CBD.

The Role
As the Flagship Boutique Supervisor, you'll take charge of training, inspiring, and refining a devoted team of Client Advisors and Senior Client Advisors.
Your primary goal will be ensuring they excel in offering unmatched service and knowledgeable insights on a curated selection of Fine Jewellery, catering to a discerning clientele.
Your innate leadership abilities will guarantee the store's seamless operation and commitment to the utmost customer service and superior visual merchandising standards.
Being deeply rooted in the luxury segment, you'll build and foster enduring relationships with the brand’s valued customers, guiding them on an unforgettable journey of exploring top-notch jewellery artistry, while also driving your team’s performance and the brand's overall growth.
 
Skills & Experience
 

• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the luxury sector, ideally in Fine Jewellery.
• Robust leadership capabilities with the drive to enhance store performance and lead your team to meet or surpass set goals.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
• A passion for the craft and artistry of elite jewellery.
• Flawless communication abilities and a talent to build rapports with a diverse client base.
• Understanding of the luxury industry and its clientele.
