We are searching for a passionate Store Manager to lead our team at our state-of-the-art Super Store in Hawthorn!
You will play a critical role leading, supporting and mentoring a team of 30 professionals, therefore, experience managing a large team is crucial!

In this critical role, you will:
- Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets
- Lead and engage the team daily
- Coach and inspire through training
- Create a customer-centric environment
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practice

You bring to the team:
- Prior experience leading, inspiring and coaching a team in a large format or high volume, fast paced retail environment
- Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure and team member development
- An ability for delivering results that motivate your team
- Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- A true passion for exceptional customer service
- Optical experience is not essential as we provide excellent training.
