We are looking for an energetic and driven individual to join our team as a Fleet Coordinator. You will be reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager, and will be responsible for providing support to the operational & strategic objectives of Fleet Operations and Group Plant. This will include administrative support for all aspects of fleet management to key stakeholders. Our fleet in New Zealand and Australia currently consists of around 4,000 vans and utility vehicles which are utilised in a wide range of projects in the power, infrastructure, defence, and facilities management industries.
Key responsibilities of the role include supporting the management of the lease portfolio, business engagement, supplier engagement and ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with organization-wide strategies, policies, and standards.

About You:
To be successful in this role, it’s all about resilience and on-point prioritisation skills! You will have/ need:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in using an SAP ERP system, CRM/SRM systems and Microsoft office suite
- Effective time management – to constantly adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have the drive to process a wide variety of administration tasks quickly and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to various professionals with different levels of seniority – to build strong working relationships with all of your internal and external stakeholders. These stakeholders may include van or ute users, contract managers, site administrators, members of the procurement team, members of the finance team, vehicle leasing companies, vehicle manufacturers or insurance providers. Dealing with such a broad variety of people will make the interpersonal aspects of your job both challenging and interesting.
