About the Role
The Lease Vehicle Fleet Coordinator is responsible for a range of specialised duties to support the Department for Education’s Lease Vehicle Fleet management and car parking functions and associated responsibilities.
The position is the main point of contact for inquiries related to fleet and car parking and is integral to coordinating the day-to-day operational requirements of the Lease Vehicle Fleet management function. This involves facilitating the procurement of new and replacement long-term hire vehicles and ensuring that business units and schools adhere to minimum fleet requirements relating to servicing, odometer readings and recalls.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.
