Fleet Coordinator

ATC Couriers is now seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in fleet management.

The Role:

We are accepting applications for both full-time and part-time candidates, depending on the level of experience. Interested candidates are invited to submit their availability in the cover letter of their resume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advertising and Recruiting: Attract and recruit quality drivers to our fleet.
• Training and Onboarding: Provide comprehensive driver training, inductions, and onboarding processes.
• Equipment Management: Maintain detailed records of all equipment.
• Licensing and Insurance: Keep accurate records of relevant licenses and insurance policies.
• Driver Monitoring: Oversee driver behavior to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
• Driver Support: Assist drivers with all related queries.
• Vehicle Records: Maintain registration and service history records for all company vehicles.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Vehicle Cleanliness: Ensure all vehicles are clean, tidy, and properly branded with company decals.
• Administrative Duties: Handle driver discipline, assistance, and prepare driver payment reports.
• Audits and Processes: Conduct equipment audits and maintain/update driver induction processes.
• Vendor Relationships: Establish and negotiate relationships with service providers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to manage and optimize fleet operations.
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong Personality: Ability to manage a diverse team and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
