Responsibilities
This is an entry level role. The position is an essential role in the fleet department. You are responsible for managing, monitoring, and ensuring quality across the fleet. You will be responsible for carrying out fleet administration tasks of a growing fleet.
This is an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and operations focused Fleet Coordinator who is looking to build a solid foundation for future career opportunities in fleet and procurement.
Duties includes:
- Managing the onboarding process of new vehicle arrivals.
- Assisting with any hardware installations and data entry on new fleet
- Ensuring all vehicle documentation is collated and information is accurate and correct
- Monitoring servicing intervals and ensuring customers conduct regular and on-time servicing
- Carrying out any necessary vehicle movements
- Action all quoting and repair timeframes for accident insurance claims reducing vehicle downtime.
- Assisting the Fleet Team in vehicle procurement requirements.
- Maintaining good relationships with our supplier network.

Requirements
Essential:
- Fleet administration experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Professionally presented and punctual.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously, manage your own workload.
