The opportunity: Based at our office in Osborne Park, and reporting to the Sales Manager – Government and Fleet, this new position will see you support, nurture, and grow existing, as well as new business and relationships within the Fleet sectors. Working?within an experienced and supportive team, as the Fleet Sales/Account Manager you will contribute to the overall success of our sales team. The role provides excellent sales opportunities and the ability to develop a long-term career at Pedders. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Support the development and implementation of strategic and commercial approaches to growing the company's market share. Maintaining existing relationships and growing customer base to increase market share. Actively source new business via lead generation and follow up to secure future business. Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions that meet customer's needs. Execute fleet sales programs. Conduct consistent customer visit cycles to support company, franchise, and authorised dealer network which will involve inter/intra state travel at times. Why join Pedders?
