Reporting into the Regional Manager for Minerals Oil and Gas you will join a collaborative and forward thinking team, excited to work together to make a significant impact to their business unit.With 2 direct reports, a Driver Trainer and a Compliance administrator, together you will ensure compliance requirements are fully met and maintained including Chain of Responsibility, Mass, Maintenance, Fatigue Management and all other legal/regulatory requirements. You will have the opportunity to revamp processes and lead innovation implementing best practise activities for our Adelaide Transport and Warehouse operations.At Toll we provide ongoing learning and development with a suite of online courses at your disposal along with a wealth of knowledge and experience across the broader Operations and Compliance teams.
