Operating from our national contact centre in metropolitan Adelaide, we provide roadside assistance, fleet management and other contact centre services for more than 1 million vehicles and customers all over Australia. Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in an account or contract management role is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the fleet management and/or roadside assistance industry is highly desirable
- The successful candidate must possess logic reasoning skills, display attention to detail, make soundly based decisions and work well under pressure.
- Must have sound computer literacy skills and be proficient with leading software packages such as Office 365 and Adobe.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the National Fleet Manager and our business development team.
- Key account management support to contract and business partners across multiple business units.
- Provide backup support to our Police vehicle maintenance and national support office reception teams.
- Update and maintain company databases, documentation, fleet management platforms and intranet pages
- Successful candidate to be trained up as 2IC to the National Fleet Manager.
- Some on-call work and intrastate/interstate travel may be required at times.
- The successful candidate must be able to pass a comprehensive Police background and criminal history check on an annual basis. This requirement will be a key condition of employment.
