Flexologist

StretchLab Rozelle is re-opening soon! We are looking for passionate flexologists to join our team and help grow our new studio!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions

Build StretchLab Rozelle membership and retain current clientele

Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules

Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

Handle member concerns when applicable

Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed

Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

What we are looking for:

Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with a client

Fitness certification required

Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.

Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy.

Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals.

Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies

Must be available to go through our training program that consists of 15-20 hours of online tutorials and 2 day hands on Flexologist Training FTP.

Summary of role requirements:

• Flexible hours available
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
• Expected start date for role: 28 March 2024
• Expected salary: $30 per hour

Minimum Flexologist Qualifications:

1. Certificate III (preferably Cert IV) in Fitness for personal trainers
2. Diploma of Remedial Massage for massage therapists.
3. Certificate IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer for Pilates Instructors.
4. Industry Standard Yoga Teachers but a minimum 200hr qualification
5. Chiropractor
6. Physiotherapist
7. Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate in:
    a. Kinesiology
    b. Exercise Science
    c. Sports Medicine
    d. Human Movement
