This role will see you working with one of our esteemed clients Homes Victoria to deliver quality services by acting as a client liaison, and managing a team of Security Guards.Reporting into Client Services Business Manager, you will be accountable for driving performance and ensuring staff engagement across multiple client sites on a day and/or night basis.Your responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to:Line management of staffContractual and procedural complianceQuality AssuranceCustomer liaisonIncident investigation and analysisManagement of customer complaintsDriving performanceContinuous improvement and innovationWhat we are looking for:Victorian Security licence and control room licenceCert II or higher in security operationsPrior experience of line management of staff in complex environmentsStrong communication skills – verbal and writtenSound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in operational securityAbility to resolve conflicts and risk managementWilling to travel between sites and head office in Port MelbourneWell-organised and initiative-taking with the ability to prioritise in a face paced environment.Full Australian working rightsBe willing to undergo a National Police check.How to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
