Managing cutting-edge OBW Business and Operating systems
Assisting with shop budgets and exceeding P&L expectations
Accelerating growth in customer bookings and fostering repeat business
Communicating and implementing exciting system updates and training
Contributing to the success of FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays, and booking component levels 4+
Coaching and developing the skills of your team members
Providing a vision and instilling motivation in the team
Cultivating an overall positive and vibrant office environment
