IQ Capital Group is an innovative and customer focused financial services company specialising in advanced finance and asset acquisition strategies. We are currently seeking a mature, reliable and dedicated full-time administrator to support our Call Centre, proficient in predictive dialler administration, data base management and data entry.
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with a strong background in dialler/lead data management and Call Centre experience.
Potential candidates must possess the following skills:-
- Strong dialler data management experience
- Strong data base management skills
- Extensive experience with a predictive dialler and preparation of data files and campaigns for lead generation
- Ability to process high volumes of data into spreadsheets & database (experience with ACT! database an advantage)
- Ability to manage teams and Call Centre staff
- recruit, develop & coach staff both informally & formally
- assessing skills, ensuring staff are aware of their goals and expected performance levels
- providing regular training and feedback to improve performance
- ensuring KPI's are being met and adhered to
- Ability to analyse data for reporting purposes and report production
- Track and measure all marketing initiatives with statistical data, outcomes, ROI/costs
- Ability to maintain predictive dialler and data systems
- Excellent phone manner
- Advanced keyboard skills – speed and accuracy are essential
- MYOB experience an advantage
- Computer skills using Microsoft office suite
- Attention to detail

Duties will include:-
- Preparation of dialler data files through existing database and external lead sources
- Processing electronic data and statistical reporting
- Create and refine call scripts to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Recruitment and management of Call Centre staff including training, development and assessment
- Sourcing external data
- Uploading lead generation from Mailchimp to database
- Data entry into excel spread sheets and CRM database
- Mail merge and mail outs
- Email correspondence
