About your role:
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the service with the close support of a highly skilled and experienced management team,
Lead and mentor educators to achieve excellence and maintain strong professional relationships with one another,
Lead our Early Childhood Centre to provide exceptional care and educational programs for our children,
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
Essential Criteria:
You must have previous experience as a Director/ Nominated Supervisor in an Early Childhood service.
Applicants must hold an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma in Children's Services
Current Working with Children Check
Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be proactive in implementing curriculum
Bright, friendly, dedicated, and energetic
Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Knowledge of Qikkids and CCMS administration
Ability to lead and develop teams and to work alongside Directors and report to the Area Manager
Highly developed time management skills
Able to travel to all other centres in Sydney if required
Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres
