The opportunity
Join the Styling team at Cordony Group, where you will be part of the creative process in selecting & maintaining greenery for properties, plant & greenery maintenance & styling arrangements for our properties around Sydney.
What you will be doing
- Liaising with clients and agents to organise fresh florals & Plant Maintenance
- Deliver plants & floral arrangements daily around Sydney
- Coordinate a daily schedule, arrange access to homes & manage your diary
- Creating beautiful arrangements as needed
- Working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Listen to client and agent concerns and address as needed
- Relevant housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Role requirements
- Several years’ experience as a qualified florist
- Driver's licence essential (company vehicles provided)
- The ability to effectively work autonomously, take ownership of and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to work within a team
- You aren’t afraid of a challenge & have excellent time-management skills
- You have positive attitude & aren't afraid to get your hands dirty
