If you are a dedicated and passionate psychologist looking for a unique opportunity, look no further. We are seeking a Psychologist to join our team on a Fly-in-Fly-Out (FIFO) basis, providing crucial mental health support in remote and resource-based locations.
You can choose how long you would like to travel for:
- 2 to 5 days a fortnight, same location every fortnight or
- 2 to 5 days per week, 2 different locations each week
Key role responsibilities include:
- Individual counselling to support the mental wellbeing of employees of resource sector organisations;
- EAP services and mental health promotion;
- Support for leadership teams to assist them support their employees;
- Crisis intervention and support.
Qualification and requirements:
- Full registration with AHPRA, at least 5 years experience preferred;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously in remote locations, whilst maintaining high levels of connection with the wider BSS team;
- Resilience and adaptability to the FIFO work schedule.
