Description:As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the hotel whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day.
- Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests.
- Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and productive.
- Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
- Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all colleagues.
- Monitor training and offer guidance to employees whilst on shift.
- Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues.
- Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
About the role- You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- You will manage Food and Beverage service to maximize customer satisfaction
- You will motivate our colleagues to provide excellent customer service and ensure a supportive and inclusive work culture.
- We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage every outlets good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Qualifications:Requirements- Willingness to step up in to the next level of the career path
- Proven work experience as a food & beverage supervisor and track record of success
- Extensive Food and Beverage knowledge, and understanding of sequence of service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Professional, presentable & positive attitude
