Address Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, resort shop and a full service Day Spa and Hair Salon, Chahoya.
We are currently seeking ten (10) Food and Beverage Attendants to join our Food and Beverage Department on a Full Time basis. The successful applicant will be employed on a Full-Time basis working 38hrs per week, commencing in March 2025 for a duration of up to 4 years.
You will need be be available to work day and afternoon shifts as well as weekend shifts. Though this may change from time to time.
HIGA level 2 Award rates apply.
The key duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Take guest Food and orders
Clear and reset tables
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Deliver food to guest rooms (Room Service)
And other duties consistent with Food and Beverage Attendant.
The work you will be doing is hard and physically demanding. It will involve e.g. reaching above your head or bending over for long periods of time. You will be working both indoors and outdoors in hot and humid conditions with temperatures up to 25-45 degrees Celsius. You need to be fit and in good physical condition to do this work.
