As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring your guests receive their products/ orders and providing professional and consistently high levels of service. Your service philosophy will be to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality by bringing Hiltons values to life in your everyday actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide consistent service ensuring to welcome all guests, customers, and provide recognition of regular guests, loyalty guests and VIPs to ensure brand and service commitments and genuine and authentic service delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for long stay guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and can ask advice or information from you.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience in all F&B outlets and consistent delivery of Hilton Honors Benefits and proactively promote Hilton Honors to meet brand and Company benchmarks.
- Actively solicit customer feedback and recommend changes to improve on results from
- Recognize and address potential disruptive or undesirable guests and work with the Security Team to ensure the safety and security of all Team Members and Guests.
- Make sure that on your shift you are aware of VIP guests, bookings and events and any special requests.
- Checking your shift log books, making sure that you note anything to be followed up.
- Continually strive to improve your product knowledge so that you can give our Guests the best service and advice possible.
- Be aware of, and knowledgeable about the specials of the day, product of the month, etc. so that you can communicate these to the guest.
