Job Position: Food and Beverage Attendant
Employment Status: Casual
Hours Available Per Week: 25 - 38
On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties include:
- Delivery of Food and Beverage.
- Coffee and cocktail making.
- Cash handling and register operation.
- General cleaning.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Any other tasks within your skills, experience and capabilities as directed by Management.
Personal Specifications
- QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
- Barista and cocktail skills advantageous.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry required.
- Maintain strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Professional presentation and work ethic.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to operate POS (point of sale) system.
- Ability to work morning and night shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.
Turtle Beach Resort is also seeking a Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor working Wednesday - Sunday.
