Mayura Station’s multiple award-winning specialist Wagyu beef restaurant, The Tasting Room, has an opportunity for Food and Beverage Attendants to join its professional, progressive and innovative team.
Working directly with our Front of House Coordinator, the primary objective of this role is to provide superior customer service skills ensuring our client’s needs are met and exceeded.
There are currently multiple positions on offer.
- Permanent Part time position (approx. 16-20 hours per week)
- Casual positions also available
The Restaurant generally operates Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. A flexible start time can be negotiated on Thursdays and Fridays, enabling candidates looking for that second job the opportunity to apply.
Common tasks include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers.
- taking orders.
- bringing dishes.
- cleaning tables.
- communicate customer special requirements ensuring customers are served in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow hygienic Food and Beverage handling procedures.
- Provide general assistance in cleaning in kitchen and function areas, as directed.

- be punctual and reliable.
- possess competent computer skills with a sound understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- accurately and timely compile and process billing and cash receipting at each sitting.
- understand and provide basic food preparation, exercise superior serving techniques and compliant cleaning procedures.
