About the role
We are busy and need your help! We require a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant. Work with our valued staff to provide services to day tour and bistro clients. This role incorporates various tasks from general setup and clean-up responsibilities, customer service, cleaning, food service, cash handling and occasional kitchen assistance. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, customer service brilliance, and attention to detail.
About You
- Provide customer service excellence
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work and perform tasks unsupervised
- Be motivated and show initiative with a 'can-do' attitude
These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:
- Food Safety Course – Highly desirable
- Responsible Service of Alcohol – Desirable
- Experience in working team to reach goals - Essential
- Excellent verbal and communication skills - Essential
- Experience in the Tourism Industry - Desirable
