The role includes, but is not limited to
- Delivering meals
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Bar service
- Clearing glasses and filling stock
- Cash/EFTPOS handling
- Customer queries
- Working across bistro and Front bar
What you'll need to succeed
- Professional communication, initiative and service skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience
- Strong work ethic, reliable and consistency
- Positive attitude
- Current RSA
- RSG, RCG not essential but is an advantage
- Barista skills preferred but not essential, just the willingness to learn
- Confident cash handling skills
