WHAT’S INVOLVED?

We’re looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join the Vale Restaurant and Brewing crew to offer a dining experience that stands out above the rest. 

• You’ll understand your Customers – Using your strong customer service skills you’ll get to know our customers and offer an experience to remember.
• You’re skilled – With previous experience in a restaurant setting, you are skilled at carrying 3 plates and Beverage trays.
• You’ll have a passion for quality – Delight customers with our seasonal menu and perfectly paired beer and wine selection.
• You’ll be an Ambassador for our Brands – Promote our products and share the history of the Company during tastings.
• You’ll have an eye for detail – Ensure high presentation standards are met to keep the venue clean and tidy.
• You’ll be a team player – Using strong communication skills you will build rapport with both FOH and kitchen staff to create a high functioning team.
• You work well under pressure – Working in a busy restaurant you will work calmly and efficiently to take and serve orders in a timely manner.
• You’ll be versatile – Working in the restaurant, tasting pavilion and on high end events and weddings, you will adapt to different styles of service to match the occasion.
• You love the industry – Develop and grow your hospitality career in a diverse and growing business.
• You’ll be reliable – Work across a 7 day roster, including nights and weekends
