Food And Beverage (Bar And Gaming) Attendant

Historic Hotel and Bistro in the heart of Ulverstone!Furner's Hotel is currently seeking a superstar Food and Beverage (Bar and Gaming) Attendant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons, preparing and dispensing beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include, but limited to:Managing and maintaining gaming functions and operationsManaging TAB functions Day to day operations of gaming roomsAssisting patrons with both Food and Beverage orders, inquires and complaintsUphold cleanliness and hygiene standards To be successful in this role you will have the following:Demonstrated cash handling proficiencyKnowledge of all gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and proceduresAn understanding of food & beverage products and servicesA professional & mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work autonomously Our ideal candidate will have the following:Current Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG)Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer and Gaming Machine Supervisor CertificatesTAB experience would be an advantagePlease note to be successful for this role you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.
