Reporting to the Executive Management team, you will play a key leadership role in driving the retail capability and execution on the business strategy throughout the state, to achieve compliance, sales growth and service standards.

We are currently recruiting for a driven, passionate and RESULTS DRIVEN - Food and Beverage Development Manager - that will share our passion, be enthusiastic and work as a team - whilst having fun!
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Leading retail operations for all facets of the Food and Beverage within the business, including sales, retail execution, merchandising, operations, compliance and WHS.
- Development and Creation of new products for our fresh food range.
- Management and Execution of all food safety requirements within our network.
- Area Management of our 3 Burger Bar stores including range, profit and standards.
- Ensuring effective communication throughout your network to ensure focus and delivery on core objectives.
- Ensuring all operational issues such as repairs and maintenance are logged and managed for all equipment within the Food and Beverage department.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for Food and an energy to create and grow the category. You will have demonstrated experience in a multi-site network ideally with a blend of retail, convenience and food propositions.
A strong food background will be looked upon favourably .and be able to work effectively with your key stakeholders to help build the Food and Beverage range throughout the group. performance culture and team commitment.
The role requires after hours and weekend work.
