Since opening in 1926 the O’Reilly family have grown the business to accommodate over 500 people across the Retreat, Villas and camp ground, while providing exceptional service and experiences through the Lost World Day Spa, multiple food and beverage outlets and an extensive range of outdoor activities.
The Food and Beverage Division of O'Reilly's operations is busy and dynamic with a 130 seat dining room, 150 seat café, service bar, Conference Centre in addition to many spectacular off site locations for conferences, weddings and special events.
O'Reilly's Rainforest Retreat is seeking energetic, organised and positive leaders to join our Food & Beverage team. The Food & Beverage Supervisors will work across our retreat & events spaces, while ensuring that we exceed our guests' expectations in the leadup to our 100 year anniversary.
You will be an integral component of the team, ensuring the successful operations of our outlets under the guidance and support of the operational managers. You will assist with the following core responsibilities:
- Lead our day-to-day operations making every guest feel special
- Guide and lead a team of excellent Food and Beverage attendants
- Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
The ideal candidate will possess:

O'Reilly's is 90 mins from the Gold Coast and 2 hours from Brisbane. The role is a live in position and staff accommodation is available.
