The venue features an 'orchard to table' restaurant, large alfresco cider garden overlooking the grounds as well as endless options for both formal and casual weddings and events.
The Offer:
Operating 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday + Public Holidays) for lunch, evenings are kept to private weddings, functions or seasonal events.
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant & Functions + Bar Supervisor or Duty Manager (various positions available based on experience and interest).
This role would suit a seasoned Supervisor/Duty Manager or up and coming Team Leader with a passion for hospitality and tourism.
Part-Time or Full-Time positions available, with the option of a salaried position for the right candidate.
*Casual roles also available for bar, restaurant and wedding team members.
The Position:
With our Orchard Bistro offering a seated menu & service throughout the week, we are seeking a passionate Supervisor/Duty Manager to make this area their own, with a tie-in with function & events organising and management for the venue. This role would also ideally be involved in the implementation of our upcoming ‘tasting’ experience offering in our beautiful Harvest Room, whereby the right candidate would be able to put their mark on this new exciting adventure!
Our busy weekend Cider Garden offers a casual dining & cider experience in our vast garden area, with opening days extended throughout the week during summer & school holiday periods. Suited to a seasoned hospitality & bar superstar who ideally enjoys working a busy bar in conjunction with a fast paced casual eats kitchen.
As one of WA's most popular unique wedding destinations we offer a beautiful and authentic orchard wedding experience, whereby guests have the choice of 4 venues to host their exclusive wedding. Supervisory opportunities are also available in this area with further opportunity & advancement available to learn the sales & co-ordinating side of things alongside our passionate Wedding & Events Manager.
Own transport is a must.
