Job Description
Food and Beverage Lounge Attendant
Are you passionate about guest interaction, have impeccable service skills and are looking to develop a rewarding career in the hotel or hospitality industry?
Join our front of house team at the Qantas Lounge by Accor Brisbane.
Week day roster - 1pm to 9pm shifts. Own transport and drives license is essential
Key responsibilities:
- Face-to face interaction with a high volume of guests daily visiting the lounge
- Creating memorable experiences providing Food and Beverage service - fine dining/a la carte experience would be an advantage
- Liaising with kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
- Ensuring the Qantas brand standards are maintained
- Ability to work a permanent/part-time roster.
- AM roster 3.30am-5.30am starts/ Night roster - Start times 12.30pm-2.30pm, must be flexible with finish time due to flight schedules

Qualifications
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Service focused personality and a passion for everything food & beverage
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or customer service focused environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immaculate presentation
