We are currently seeking talented and experienced Food Runners to join our exceptional team.
Essential Requirements for a'Mare:
• Valid work rights in Australia
• NSW RSA Certificate
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Essential experience in fine dining, with a preference for knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of wines and food
• All candidates must undergo a comprehensive police check
Responsibilities include:
• Delivering Food and Beverages to customers
• Assisting senior floor staff in enhancing the overall dining experience for guests
• Polishing cutlery and crockery as needed
• Cleaning and resetting tables in preparation for the next service or sitting
