Smiggins Hotel & Chalet Apartments, a ski in / ski out Accommodation in Smiggins- Perisher Ski Resort, is on the lookout for vibrant individuals with an energetic, positive, and professional flair to join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant for the upcoming Winter Season.
Picture yourself in our Bistro or Dining room- our Bistro, open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service, complemented by our formal Dining Room offering dinner service. This position compromises a mix of day and night hours throughout the Winter Season from June – October.
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will:
- Take food and drink orders to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Set up and pack down the Bistro and/or Dining area.
- Address guest enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Uphold health and safety procedures.
- Foster clear communication with both Food & Beverage, and kitchen staff
- Showcase your ability to multitask.
- A valid RSA is a requirement for dining room staff.
We are seeking professionals with:
- Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage role
- Expectational organisational and communication skills
- Australian working rights, with the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Barista experience is a welcomed bonus.
- Commitment to the entire Winter season from 7 June – 7 October
